Technip India took Shah & Talati’ services for design of its new modular manufacturing Yard at Dahej. The yard which is consistent with Make In India philosophy is capable to fabricate Fired heaters and reformers, Package units and Proprietary equipment for various processes both for domestic and Foreign Markets. The constructed area of the production facility is about 11000 sqm and admin / canteen block area is 950 sqm. The main production unit is having a 2 x 50 ton crane at 12 m hook height. The facility also has open storage area of approximately 5000 sqm with 10 ton Goliath crane. Shah & Talati provided architectural, civil & structural, electrical, HVAC, fire fighting related design services. In addition to this Shah & Talati was responsible for office interior design and passive IT system design. During the construction of the plant Shah & Talati provided supervision services for implementing specifications and drawings on site.
