The VR retail mall is developed by Xander group and provides high end shopping experience in Surat. The original construction and design was done by an Ahemdabad based developer and designer however due to various issues the project had stopped. Shah & Talati was then involved in rectification / retrofitting and completing the balace design / detail engineering for the mall. The mall is having 4 levels and basement. The total construction area is about 6,00,000 sq ft.
