- Finished Goods Store – 2003-2004
- 5 MW Captive Power plant – 2004-2005
- Banbury Addition – 2004-2005
- RMS and FGS store Expansion – 2007-2008
- Radial tyre plant expansion and a new OTR facility for Apollo tyres – 2008-2009
- 190” Press addition – 2010-2011
