The facility was constructed by BTIL for manufacturing metro Coaches. The facility has 4 units – Bogie production, Car Body Production, Final assembly and testing area. The plant consists of automatic robotic lines for coach manufacturing, bogie production.The robotic lines had a very degree of precision requirement in terms of deformation of foundation and also installation which was successfully handled by us. It also has a testing facility for the coaches where they are accelerated over short distances and stopped and also passed through water testing.
