Tega Industries at Dahej is a manufacturing facility for rubber liners used in mineral beneficiation, mining & bulk solids handling. The plant at Dahej consists of two distinct areas – production facility for rubber and other for hardox preparation on which rubber liners are attached. The rubber & carbon storage / mixing area have been separated from the main production area to control ingress of dust and carbon particles. The total construction area of 18000 sqm has about 4000 sqm of mezzanine area which were done using metal decking. The plant required substantial amount of utilities for fire protection, oil storage and transportation, steam production and piping etc.
